At Sorbus, we want you to love your home organization products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original Sorbus packaging, ensuring all hardware and components are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
